All certificates have a 1 year expiration date. Can be exchanged for product or services. NO REFUNDS.

Late appointments will be asked to reschedule or take a reduced service. Appointments not canceled within 24 hours or missed appointments will be charged 100% of total service on gift card, or credit card on file.
